Photographer Bio
Bill Neill is an award-winning landscape photographer, his pictures having appeared in many popular publications including National Geographic, Smithsonian, Conde Nast Traveler, and Sunset. He is the author of several photography books published by prestigious publishers. Bill also writes a weekly column for Outdoor Photographer magazine. His corporate clients have included Sony Japan, Bayer Corporation, Canon USA, Nike, Nikon, and The Nature Company.
In addition to having his photographs appear in many publications, Bill's work has been displayed in highly-regarded museums and galleries (including the Museum of Fine Art Boston, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, The Ansel Adams Gallery and The Weston Gallery).
In 1995 Bill received the Sierra Club's Ansel Adams Award for conservation photography. He's a member of Canon USA's elite Explorers Of Light and Print Masters.
Bill is also the author of the popular Landscapes of the Spirit photography ebook and the recently released Impressions of Light photography ebook and teaches landscape photography classes on the Internet through BetterPhoto.com.
