Reason #8: To Get Answers to the Photography Questions YOU Ask
Subscribers propose the questions I ask world class photographers
For each interview, I pick 7 of the biggest questions subscribers have about the specific photography topic. However, I certainly do NOT pick these questions in a vacuum. In fact, I use a similar process for each interview -- a process you can now participate in.
You might be wondering: how did I pick the questions?
The answer is simple: Before each interview, I survey subscribers to find out what questions they most want answered. For example, when I interviewed Tony Sweet, we surveyed more than 30,000 subscribers and asked them their single biggest question on taking photographs of flowers.
We got hundreds of great questions. We considered how many subscribers asked each question (favoring frequently asked questions), as well as how useful we felt the answers would be to our listeners. Taking this into account, Tony and I then picked the 7 best ones -- and that's what we focus on for the interview.
